Founded in January, 2014 GJUUM is an interdisciplinary team of sports scientists, physiotherapists, sport psychologists, social worker, conditioning coaches and ballet masters who offer the advances of sport science and medicine to the needs of the 21st century dancer.
We offer specially designed training methodology to enhance dancers’ performance, creativity and artistry. Our aim is to educate each dancer and guide them to full body functionality, health and wellbeing.
With detailed assessments, we establish the current physical state of a dancer, evaluate risk factors or areas of inherent weakness and can greatly decrease the risk of injury. The assessment also serves as a solid point of reference during rehabilitation.
Our services can be offered to all professionals and students and are highly useful to young dancers whose bodies are still developing.
